Up to a $10,000 Sign on Bonus

What We Offer Our Full-Time Physical Therapists:

• Salary $81,000 to $100,000
• We grant all of our full-time Physical Therapist Confluent Health stock options!  Ask me about it.
• Competitive salaries based on experience and specialty certifications. 
• Looking to grow in your orthopedics career while earning advanced certifications? Our total incentive and development package totals $30,000. 
• $15,000 sign-on bonus for applicants who already hold an orthopedic or sports board certification.
• $8,000 sign-on bonus for clinical professionals 
• $5,000 additional bonus for the completion of a residency or manual therapy certification 
• $15,000 towards an orthopedic residency program with Evidence In Motion 
• We pay your student loan lender directly, before taxes. We have the industry's only IRS-approved Student Loan Debt Reduction Program, contributing $1,300 in your first year of employment and $1,500 after two years with us.
