Overview

The Physical Therapist reports to the Director of Professional Services.  This role is responsible to provide medically prescribed, goal-oriented therapy in accordance with the Physician Plan of Care, company policies and professional Standards of Practice.

About You

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in physical therapy from an accredited institution
• Currently licensed as a Physical Therapist in the state and in good standing with the Board in which he/she will practice
• One year or more work experience in physical therapy in a multidisciplinary setting is preferred
• Knowledge of principles, concepts, and methodology of physical therapy appropriate for terminally ill patients
• Ability to travel 100% on a daily basis
