A DAY IN THE LIFE AS AN PHYSICAL THERAPIST

As a Physical Therapist at a long-term care facility, you arrive each day happy to work for a practice that gives you the time and support to get real results for your patients. You use your knowledge of developmental factors specific to adult and geriatric residents to plan and deliver the best individualized care for each of your patients whether challenged with orthopedic issues, neurological diseases, or complex medical conditions.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A PHYSICAL THERAPIST

• Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current Physical Therapy license
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations as they pertain to long-term care, skilled nursing, and rehabilitation facilities.
