About the Job:

👨‍⚕️ As a Physical Therapist, you'll play a vital role in helping residents maintain and regain their mobility and independence in our 200-unit Assisted Living/Independent Living facility. With an attached Memory Care unit and a well-equipped gym, you'll have the resources needed to provide exceptional care.

Responsibilities:

• 📋 Assess resident needs and create individualized rehabilitation plans.
• 💼 Provide high-quality physical therapy services.
• 📜 Maintain a valid Physical Therapy license.
• 🎓 Graduate from an accredited school of Physical Therapy.
