Physical Therapy Director directs and coordinates the policies, objectives, initiatives, and programs for the delivery of physical therapy programs to patients. Evaluates current physical therapy programs and investigates potential new or revised therapy programs to improve the quality of patient care. Being a Physical Therapy Director oversees budgeting, staffing, and the development and implementation of new physical therapy programs. Ensures the physical therapy division follows regulatory compliance requirements and standard procedures. Additionally, Physical Therapy Director typically requires a doctorate degree in physical therapy or equivalent. Typically reports to top management. The Physical Therapy Director manages a departmental function within a broader corporate function. Develops major goals to support broad functional objectives. Approves policies developed within various sub-functions and departments. To be a Physical Therapy Director typically requires 8+ years of managerial experience.     In our state of the art, outpatient clinics, you can put your passion to work in meaningful ways by:

    • Using your extensive expertise — and sincere desire to help people — to evaluate and treat active older adult patients

    • Connect with family members, physicians, and other team members to coordinate care and deliver successful outcomes
    • Inspire your patients to set and reach goals, so they can live their best life
    • Be proactive identifying the patients needs and acting on them
    • Use your expertise to independently and creatively to create the road map to your patient achieving their goals

    What You’ll Bring

    • Licensed Physical or Occupational Therapist
    • Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant or Occupational Therapy Assistant - must also hold a bachelor’s degree
    • Established clinicians with at least two (2) years of clinical experience 
    • A passion for working with active older adults
