We are currently looking for a FULL-TIME Clinic Director/Physical Therapist to provide managerial and clinical coverage for our Belton, MO. location.

Responsibilities:
- Administratively oversee a busy outpatient physical therapy and sports performance business.
-Evaluate and assess patients' physical conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans
- Provide hands-on therapy to patients using a variety of techniques, including Joint Mobilization.
- Educate patients and their families on proper exercise techniques and home care strategies
- Monitor and document patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in the field of physical therapy and incorporate new techniques into practice
- Participate in marketing programs that educate patients on specific problems.
- Participate in key metric setting and follow up with goals set with colleagues.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Prior management experience preferred but NOT required
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
- Experience working in a hospital or acute care setting preferred
- Specialized knowledge or experience in pediatrics is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
