Ensures the physical therapy division follows regulatory compliance requirements and standard procedures. Additionally, Physical Therapy Director typically requires a doctorate degree in physical therapy or equivalent. Typically reports to top management. The Physical Therapy Director manages a departmental function within a broader corporate function. Develops major goals to support broad functional objectives. Approves policies developed within various sub-functions and departments. To be a Physical Therapy Director typically requires 8+ years of managerial experience.     Luna Physical Therapy is seeking a motivated sales leader to join our team as the West Director of Provider Relations. You will play a pivotal role in providing leadership and guidance to the field sales team while developing plans to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales and revenue goals. This is a regional sales leadership role based in the West.

    How you will have an impact:
    • Based on overall business plan and understanding of accounts and territories, develops plans and sets priorities to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales and revenue goals.
    • Responsible for sales quota attainment based on the performance of field sales representatives, currently focused on the Western states. 
    • Identify, hire, train, develop, direct, motivate and retain talented sales professionals to help them meet or exceed Luna specific sales and market objectives. Direct reports include field sales representatives. 
    • Work closely and collaboratively with your inside sales and field sales  partners to encourage collaboration and partnership within the teams. 
    • Support field representatives as they develop high-volume accounts and work collaboratively and respectfully with internal stakeholders to ensure expectations are set and met appropriately. 
    • Actively problem-solve and coach the field team on the sales skills that will encourage provider adoption.
    • Manage within the financial plan the annual headcount and expense budget necessary to exceed sales quota.
    • Plan and implement key initiatives to meet quarterly and yearly sales goals 
    • Support sales training and process improvements. 
    • Conduct performance reviews and 1:1’s with field team to ensure accountability and progress to goals, including career goals of high performers. 
    • Support and assign field champions to key conferences.
    • Conduct routine field visits with field team and manage their performance with direct support and clear direction. Use field visit scorecards,  sales rankings; and contest participation as supporting tools. 
    • Collaborate effectively and openly with Luna employees, specifically the internal key stakeholders partnered with you, and contributes respectfully, professionally, and kindly to the Luna team
    • Meets or exceeds monthly and quarterly productivity results-based goals


    You will be a good fit if you have:
    • College degree plus a minimum of 6   years of related sales experience in physical therapy or ancillary care services in a leadership position. 
    • Demonstrated performance above quota managing a team, as well as an individual contributor in healthcare sales. 
    • Direct experience in hiring and management of field personnel.
    • Experience developing and driving market adoption of new services or products. 
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    • A passion to serve patients and providers supported by strong relationships and closing skills
    • Strong operational and analytical support using CRMs such as Hubspot. 
    • Strong work ethic, high energy/drive and personal integrity based on a strong value system.
    • Mature, good business judgment skills, flexible, self-motivated, team oriented, charismatic, and strong leadership skills.
    • Start-up experience in a fast growing environment is a plus. 
    • Greater than 50% travel required.

    Up to $140k base salary depending on experience and location.
