The ideal candidate for this role will have a passion for physical therapy and serving families. They will have substantial experience in pediatric therapy including supervision of PTAs, student mentorship, and establishing department best practices. The ideal candidate will be comfortable presenting professionally in front of their peers, and working on projects independently or in collaboration with fellow leaders.Â
