Physical Therapist - Full time (*work/life balance) - 30 hours weekly - Full benefits - NO nights, holidays or weekends

Work in our assisted / independent living community! Outpatient at its best! One patient per hour!  Often treating in the residence homes so you can really get to know their environment.

What You’ll Do

In our state of the art, outpatient clinics, you can put your passion to work in meaningful ways by:

• Using your extensive expertise — and sincere desire to help people — to evaluate and treat active older adult patients
• Use your amazing leadership skills to grow and develop other professionals on your team
• Connect with family members, physicians, and other team members to coordinate care and deliver successful outcomes
• Inspire your patients to set and reach goals, so they can live their best life
• Be proactive identifying the patients needs and acting on them
• Use your expertise to independently and creatively to create the road map to your patient achieving their goals

What You’ll Bring

• Licensed Physical or Occupational Therapist
• Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant or Occupational Therapy Assistant - must also hold a bachelor’s degree
• Established clinicians with at least two (2) years of clinical experience 
• A passion for working with active older adults
