Physical Therapy Director directs and coordinates the policies, objectives, initiatives, and programs for the delivery of physical therapy programs to patients. Evaluates current physical therapy programs and investigates potential new or revised therapy programs to improve the quality of patient care. Being a Physical Therapy Director oversees budgeting, staffing, and the development and implementation of new physical therapy programs. Ensures the physical therapy division follows regulatory compliance requirements and standard procedures. Additionally, Physical Therapy Director typically requires a doctorate degree in physical therapy or equivalent. Typically reports to top management. The Physical Therapy Director manages a departmental function within a broader corporate function. Develops major goals to support broad functional objectives. Approves policies developed within various sub-functions and departments. To be a Physical Therapy Director typically requires 8+ years of managerial experience.     WHO YOU ARE:
    • A WA state licensed Physical Therapist with a proven track record of great outcomes and a willingness to learn and grow as a therapist.
    • An experienced clinician with a passion for treatment in the fields of outpatient orthopedics, neuro, vestibular, sports rehabilitation or any other relevant outpatient physical therapy services.  We want to help create your ideal patient case load.

    • A natural leader with the ability to lead by example and help build up the team of therapists and support staff around you.
    • A therapist capable of building strong rapport with clients from a variety of backgrounds through strong communication and empathy

    PAY & BENEFITS INFORMATION:
    • Base salary: $85,000-$95,000 depending on experience
    • Additional earning potential: Shared reward intelligent compensation program in which therapists can select a percentage of their base salary and percentage of pay based on performance. Clinic Directors are eligible for additional compensation based on performance of all clinical staff that is distributed every paycheck! Earning potential on this program allows our therapists to earn well over 100K with base salary performance pay.
