The Clinic Director Role

The Clinic Director’s primary function is to be the “CEO” of their specific clinic. In this role, they are responsible for the overall performance and management of their clinic, ensuring delivery of exceptional patient experience and high-quality care. The Clinic Director is the chief “culture officer” for their clinic, accountable for inspiring and empowering others to deliver “Wow” service to our clients. They are responsible for exemplifying our mission and values so that everyone is successful and engaged in their role. The Clinic Director works with our leadership and support team to lead the way and collaborate in finding or creating solutions to drive high patient care and operational/financial excellence.

We offer mentorship for new leaders! At Aquacare Physical Therapy, you will undergo a comprehensive leadership training program with mentorship provided directly from our CEO as well as a fellow team member.

We help you specialize in your desired field! Aquacare Physical Therapy provides specialized services to meet the needs of our community. These specialty services include areas such as orthopedic rehabilitation, aquatic therapy, balance and vestibular therapy, lymphedema treatment, pelvic floor therapy, and women’s health. We work with our clinical teams to support them and provide them with resources so they can achieve specialization through continuing education allowances and mentoring opportunities.

Qualifications:

· Graduate of an accredited university with a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy that is recognized by the APTA.

· Must hold current Physical Therapy license in Delaware and/or part of the PT compact program.

· Minimum of 2 years related experience as a physical therapist.

Job Type: Full-time

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times
• Duties require extensive standing and walking
• Duties require lifting, positioning, pushing, and/or transferring patients
• Duties require frequent reaching, stooping, bending, kneeling, and crouching

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Rotational Saturdays

License/Certification:

• Physical Therapy License (Required)
• CPR Certification (Preferred)
