```Responsibilities```
- Greet and assist visitors, patients , and employees in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to the appropriate person
- Provide administrative support to the office staff, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments & assist clinic owner
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing
- Ensure the office is clean, organized, and presentable at all times

```Requirements```
- Proven experience as an Front Office Administrative Assistant
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications or training in office management is a plus
