Physical Therapy Supervisor jobs in Santa Cruz, CA

Precision Physical Therapy & Fitness is hiring motivated Physical Therapy Aides that can work a required minimum of 3, 4 hour shifts per week (17 hour per week minimum, this is an entry level non-exempt position). Professional individuals that can maintain patient confidentiality while delivering high quality patient care are encouraged to apply.  Becoming a Physical Therapy Aide is a must-have experience for those seeking to understand how a Physical Therapy office functions from the client experience to the administrative responsibilities of each therapist. Full-time and part-time opportunities available. Bi-lingual Spanish/English speakers encouraged to apply. 

Candidates must be available to work 7:30am - 1pm, 1pm - 6:30pm Tuesday and Thursday.

Tasks include:

• Teaching and guiding patients through exercises in a 1:1 setting
• Collaborating with and learning from two Doctors of Physical Therapy per shift on effective treatment strategy for each patient
• Cleaning and minor maintenance of clinic facilities
• Assisting with administrative tasks in order to ensure efficient billing and an excellent client experience
• Ongoing competency testing and 1:1 client coaching technique training with a Doctor of Physical Therapy
• Client scheduling

To be successful as an Aide at Precision Physical Therapy & Fitness you must be a dedicated individual who has a positive attitude and shows initiative.
