Our private practice of 63 physicians and 105 CRNAs is looking to hire a full time partnership track Anesthesia Physician due to rapid growth in our network. We are looking for generalists with strong regional skills, Residents graduating in 2024 are welcome to apply, Graduates with fellowships will receive strong consideration.
We have expanded our Pediatric surgical services and caseload in the past year. We have an inpatient Pediatric care ward and 8-bed PICU as week as a level III NICU within the network. We provide Anesthesia care for a variety of pediatric general surgery cases for children of all ages, including many infants and increasingly neonates.
In-House Call (First call) and Backup call (second call) are every 14 days. You have the day after call off for both first and second calls. We also have a third call position for pay, which is voluntary for all partners. The third call person covers call at our smaller inpatient facilities.
Starting salary is $400K for the first year with an increase to $425K the second year. Partnership is voted on after 18 months and granted at the completion of two years. Partnership compensation averages over $450K per year.
