RCPMS seeks talented, caring, motivated, and dependable individuals for our Medical Assistant positions across San Diego and Southern Riverside. Full-Time/Part-Time/Per-Diem/ Float Pool opportunities available.

Our dayside clinics are open Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm.

Medical Assistant Responsibilities:

• Provide an electric range of assistance to physicians from taking vitals to rooming patients and much more.
• Perform basic administrative and technical support services within the scope of a medical assistant. Works with patients, families and other customers and handles inquiries in a responsive and professional manner.

Job Requirements:

• Must be a graduate from an accredited Medical Assistant Program.
• Current BLS certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

Full pay range for this position is $21-$34 per hour.

The generally expected starting rate is $21-$24 per hour. The exact starting compensation for this position will be dependent upon a variety of factors including an applicant’s years of experience, unique skills and abilities, education, alignment with similar internal candidates, marketplace factors, other requirements for the position, and employer business practices.
