What will I be doing?

• Rooming and assisting patients
• Taking vitals
• Documenting patient visits in EMR system
• Prepping rooms for next patient
• Drawing blood and giving injections
• Administering medication
• Processing EKGs
• Ear lavage
• Updating records
• Backing up the front desk as needed
• Providing prescription information to patients
• Reviewing charts
• Sterilizing instruments as needed
• Assisting the Doctor with various procedures as requested

What are the requirements?

• Medical Assistant Certificate
• EMR Experience, NextGen preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent GED
