Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to our executive team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:
- Manage executive calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and other relevant materials
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence, redirecting inquiries as necessary
- Greet visitors and provide exceptional customer service at the front desk
- Assist with office management duties such as ordering supplies and maintaining office equipment
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic files and documents
- Perform various administrative tasks including data entry, typing, and filing
- Assist with event planning and coordination as needed

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role
- Proficient in calendar management, customer service, front desk operations, and office management
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
- Knowledge of clerical procedures and protocols
- Experience in event planning is a plus
