We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Physician Assistant to join our dynamic urology team. As a Physician Assistant, you will work closely with our team of medical professionals to provide exceptional care to our patients. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the field and possess a strong skillset in physician assistant, urology, Indiana License, ambulatory care, and surgery.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional care to patients in the ambulatory care setting, including pre- and post-operative care
• Perform physical exams and assessments, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and develop treatment plans
• Assist in surgical procedures, including but not limited to, cystoscopies, vasectomies, and prostate biopsies
• Collaborate with the medical team to ensure continuity of care and patient satisfaction
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and document patient care in a timely manner
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and safety
• Provide patient education and counseling on treatment options and preventative care measures

Qualifications:

• Must possess a valid Indiana License as a Physician Assistant
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the field, with a strong skillset in urology, ambulatory care, and surgery
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-centered approach to care
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail
• Ability to adapt to change and embrace new technologies and procedures
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuing education in the field
