Front Desk Receptionist / Administrative Assistant Position

The Surgical Equipment People LLP is a Knoxville, TN based medical repair company. We are currently seeking ​a Front Desk Receptionist and administrative Assistant to become an integral part of our team! As a Front Desk Receptionist your number one priority will be to answer the phone before the 2nd ring. The phone needs to be answered in a pleasant and friendly voice, then transferred accordingly. You will also help serve as a liaison between TSEP Vendor Management, this position involves researching the market to find the best pricing on repair parts and materials, ensuring supplier and vendor compliance to TSEP’s quality standards, communicating with vendors and suppliers in a courteous manner, and other administrative tasks as needed. Must be highly motivated and ready to work. Must be able to pass drug screen and background check. This position is full time with Medical, Dental, Vision and 401K benefits available. Salary is $30,000.00 - $35,000.00 annually based on experience.

Qualifications:

• Experience preferred, but not required
• Must be able to communicate in a positive and courteous manner
• Must have at least moderate computer skills
• Must be able to follow directions
• Must be a team player
• Able to pass background check
• Able to pass drug screen
