Job Duties and Responsibilities

·       Delivery and set up of cataract equipment and product. Staging product weeks in advance for pending regional surgery dates.

·       Operation and troubleshooting of surgical equipment in Operating Room during cataract surgery

·       Provide assistance if requested by the client and/or surgeon.

·       Documentation of products (disposables) used at the client location and return to inventory

·       Manage and maintain appropriate supply chain levels for designated region.

·       Generalized maintenance of Vantage regional resources (Ex. Medical Equipment and Vehicles, etc.)

·       Safely maintain Vantage storage location to insure cleanliness, compliance, and sterility.

·       Act as Vantage representative when with the client, serving as a customer service agent and acting as liaison between the Client, Sales, Operations, and the home office.

Qualifications to be a Surgical Coordinator for Vantage Surgical Solutions

·       Responsible and able to work independently

•   Experience in Ophthalmology is a plus, but not required.  On the job training is provided. 

·       Detail-oriented

·       Basic computer skills

·       Excellent customer service skills.

·       Able to work collaboratively and with a team mindset
