Physician - Cardiology - Non-Invasive examines and treats disorders and diseases of the cardiovascular system. Diagnoses patients with the aid of diagnostic images and electrocardiograph recordings. Being a Physician - Cardiology - Non-Invasive only uses non-invasive procedures to help with diagnosis and treatment. Consults with patients to determine the appropriate course of treatment. Additionally, Physician - Cardiology - Non-Invasive recommends and orders tests to determine extent of illness or help diagnose condition. Requires a MD degree from an accredited school. Requires a valid state license to practice. May report to a medical director. Physician - Cardiology - Non-Invasive's years of experience requirement may be unspecified. We are seeking an experiencedCardiology Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner for a locum tenensposition in Bridgeport, CT. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 yearsof cardiology experience and proficiency with EPIC EMR.
The selected candidate will beresponsible for managing a patient load of 10-15 patients daily, providingcomprehensive cardiology care in an inpatient setting. This position requiresstrong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability towork collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
The hours for this position are from7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with weekend coverage expected for call duties. Thecoverage period will begin in June and extend through September.

Qualifications:
- Current licensure as a Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner in the state of Connecticut

- Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
