Alpine Dermatology is now hiring for a Full-Time receptionist in our small, local dermatology clinic and medical spa located in Alpine, UT. Our office is a friendly and professional environment where work ethic, a positive attitude and loyalty are highly valued. If you're interested in skin care and passionate about customer service, this is the job for you!

Hours are Monday-Friday from 8am - 5pm.

Job duties include but are not limited to:

- Answering phones: scheduling appointments, reminder calls, returning voicemails.

- Patient Check In / Check Out

- Verifying patient insurance information.

- Collecting payment for medical and cosmetic services / products / and co-payments.

- Answering patient questions about appointment dates or product information.

- Next day chart preparation for back office staff.

Attention to detail is very important and will be a vital part of your job. As the first contact our patients have with our clinic, we are looking for a friendly individual who can add positivity to the clinic experience while making sure all necessary documentation and information is collected. We are looking for someone who is detail oriented, self motivated, a great multi-tasker, organized, friendly and reliable.

Applicants must be able to type at least 50 words per minute, must understand and be able to navigate Google Docs and GMail, and have general knowledge of working with Windows OS features. Only applicants who take the selected testing will be considered for the position.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
