**Overview:**
We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, be detail-oriented, and possess excellent customer service abilities.
**Duties:**
- Greet and welcome Patients in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls appropriately
- Perform data entry tasks with precision and efficiency
- Manage office tasks such as filing, copying, and scanning documents
- Assist with scheduling appointments and verifying insurance, collect copays and balance.
- Provide clerical support to various departments as needed
- Transcribe documents accurately
- Offer customer support by addressing inquiries promptly
- Work in fast paced environment.
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience in a receptionist or front desk role is preferred
- Proficiency in office management procedures
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for customer interactions
- Capability to proofread documents for accuracy
- Familiarity with data entry tasks and maintaining records
- Ability to handle multiple phone lines efficiently
