Physician - Family Practice examines and treats members of family, regardless of age or sex. Ensures proper injury care and disease prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and recovery. Being a Physician - Family Practice prescribes and administers medications, performs routine vaccinations, and provides advice regarding personal health and hygiene. Requests necessary tests and follow-up visits and refers patients to specialists, as necessary. Additionally, Physician - Family Practice requires a MD degree from an accredited school. Requires a valid state license to practice. May report to a medical director. Physician - Family Practice's years of experience requirement may be unspecified. StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: Regular 8;10 Pay Rate: $132.97 - $132.95
This facility is seeking a Family, Internal, or Emergency Medicine Physician or Medical Director for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.
Details and requirements for this opportunity.- Schedule: 40 hours a week, no weekends
- Job Setting: Standard Outpatient
- Types of Cases: Standard Primary Care
- Credentialing Timeframe: 3-4 weeks
- Must be Residency-trained in Family, Internal, or Emergency Medicine
- Must have an active Illinois state license
