Being a Physician - Gastroenterology recommends and orders tests to determine extent of illness or help diagnose condition. Requires a MD degree from an accredited school. Additionally, Physician - Gastroenterology requires a valid state license to practice. May report to a medical director. WHAT WE NEED:
Ideal candidate will have ERCP and EUS experience, a strong focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction. Candidate will display exceptional interpersonal skills and desire to develop strong ties with the community and build long lasting relationships with patients. Physician will need to work collaboratively with existing medical staff to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:
Clinic hours: Monday Friday, 8:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m.
Physician takes 24/7 call, 1 week every 6 weeks
Weekend Call: 1 Weekend every 6 weeks
Holiday: 1:6
Average outpatient volume: 15 18 patients per day
Average inpatient volume: varies

Strong mentorship available from physicians in practice
