JOB OVERVIEW:

• Scheduling office appointments
• Booking hospital procedures
• Setting up all related tests, labs and radiology studies
• Responding to calls by patients and referring physicians
• Cancel and reschedule appointments notifying appropriate people and places.
• Complete tasks in a timely manner with appropriate documentation.
• Utilize Excel spreadsheet in daily work.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of office processes and procedures acquired through three to five years of office experience or equivalent.
• Ability to learn and
• Ability to maintain strong relationships with physicians and co-workers.
• Position requires a flexible work schedule.
• Strong organizational skills
