Job Summary:
The Human Resources Generalist collaborates with the Director of Human Resources & Administration and Senior Leadership team to partner in running the daily functions of the HR department including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices. Specific areas of focus include HR Strategic initiatives, policy implementation, classification and compensation, recruitment, onboarding and retention, technology platforms, reporting, employee engagement surveys, payroll administration, benefits and leave administration.

Experience & Skills:
Education:
High school education or equivalent required.
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or organizational psychology or related field, highly preferred.
Experience:
1-2 years of progressive Human Resources experience or
1-2 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping with at 1 year of experience in payroll.
Technology:
Proficient in Microsoft Office 365.
Experience working in ADP.
Certifications:
SHRM - CP, or equivalent a plus.
