POSITION OVERVIEW:

A private equity investment company with an entrepreneurial team culture, a broad spectrum of sector-specific investments and early-stage growth companies is looking for a business generalist to join our 55-year organization. We are looking to employ an individual located primarily in the Purcell area.

This is a job with a purpose. The employee will be expected to perform a range of functions pertaining to a multiplicity of tasks including, but not limited to, office organization, administration, legal support, IT, filing bookkeeping and accounting. JOB DUTIES:

· Data Entry/ Digital Recordkeeping

· Legal Support

· Office organization including filing

· Providing administrative assistance and general office help as needed

· Charitable Organization Analysis (qualifying and due diligence)

· Capture, Convert, and Inventory multimedia messages, videos, and newsletters

REQUIRED SKILLS:

· Strong verbal and written communication skills

· Strong Organizational Skills

· Strong Computer skills including, but not limited to, intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel, plus Adobe Acrobat, MS Publisher, Adobe Photoshop, and Windows OS.

· Self-starter and natural learner

· Ability to multi-task with poise and patience within a dynamic, fast-paced, multi-faceted, outcome-driven organization

· Ability to continually update and adjust plans and priorities to accommodate, perhaps, rapidly changing circumstances

· Familiarity with video conferencing and WebEx applications

· Maintenance of strict confidentiality

· Must have reliable transportation

Highly Desired Skills (Not Necessarily Required):

· Knowledge of Insurance

· MS Access Database Experience

· Knowledge of Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence (AI)

· Experience with research and data mining

· Marketing Experience

· Website, Graphics, & IT Experience

· Experience with Payroll

· Knowledge of QuickBooks

· 5 years of bookkeeping/accounting experience

· Bookkeeping experience including, but not limited to, accounting support, processing payables and receivables.

· Research including, but not limited to: legal, technical, heirs, difficult-to-find estate and inheritance, and records searching

· iOS device support and management skills

· Familiarity with Covey Principles for healthy living

Additional Information:

This is a part/ full-time position contemplating 30-40 hours a week.

The employee would work primarily with our team members in our Purcell, Midwest City, and Shawnee offices and virtually with our Houston and Atlanta offices daily.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
