    THE OPPORTUNITY

    You will administer all human resources related activities, including: benefits, payroll, recruitment and policy administration. You will also assist employees with human resources related issues. This in an on-site position, located in Union South Carolina.

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Lead recruiting efforts by providing support with screening applications, conducting phone screens, scheduling interviews, preparing/extending job offers, tracking candidates, setting up pre-employment screenings, etc.
    • Facilitate new hire orientation by partnering with other departments to ensure new hires are receiving critical information.
    • Manage associate systems and building access.
    • Maintain and update associate files.
    • Assist associates with basic questions regarding payroll, benefits, schedules, policies, etc.
    • Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resources programs including but not limited to: disciplinary actions, disputes and investigations, performance management and training.
    • Maintain compliance with all federal, state and local employment laws and regulations.
    • Assist in coordination of employee relations/engagement activities.
    • Conduct employee investigations and bring to resolution.
    • Provide advice to managers on daily employee relations and performance management issues.
    • Prepare and issue termination paperwork.
    • Support the business in implementing programs to help improve the employee experience.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Human Resources or Business.
    • Minimum 2-4 years' experience in a human resources role.
    • Experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred.
    • Experience with SAP a plus.
