    Perform thorough orthopedic assessments, diagnoses, and develop treatment plans.
    Collaborate closely with the orthopedic surgical team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
    Participate in telehealth consultations for pre- and post-operative follow-up care.
    Document patient encounters accurately and efficiently using the Epic EMR system.

    Qualifications:

    Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in [Specify State].
    Specialization in Orthopedic Surgery for Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants.
    Experience in orthopedic surgical practice is highly desired.
    Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
