Physician - Geriatrics specializes in dealing with illness and other complications due to the aging process in the elderly. Ensures proper injury care, disease prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and recovery. Being a Physician - Geriatrics treats disorders that arise due to aging such as Parkinson's disease and Alzheimer's disease. Requests necessary tests, follow-up visits and refers patients to specialists, as necessary. Additionally, Physician - Geriatrics requires a MD degree from an accredited school. Requires a valid state license to practice. May report to a medical director. Physician - Geriatrics's years of experience requirement may be unspecified. * This comprehensive clinic concentrates on all aspects of aging medical care
* Safe volumes: 18-20 patients per day
* No overhead expenses and great support staff
* 36 patient contact hours per week for full time physicians
* Flexible 4 or 5 day work week options
* Minimal call: phone call only, no call time is spent coming into the clinic. Call is to cover your own patients only
* Receive wRVUs for every patient regardless of payer
* EPIC EMR
