• Practice Detail: Established Hospitalist program 2 Physicians and 1 APP on days; Nocturnist support on nights

What You Will Do

Ascension Medical Group is looking for an IM or FM BC-BE Hospitalist  for our Inpatient Service Team in McMinnville, TN.

Position Highlights:

• Full Time 7 on 7 off schedule
• Rounding; Admitting and Discharging of hospital patient
• Working in a great team atmosphere covering both Med Surge and our open 8 bed ICU
• Opportunity to perform bedside procedures including central line insertion, thoracntesis, paracentesis, and intubation, but not required.

• Located half way between Nashville and Chattanooga in McMinnville, TN
• 125 licensed beds
• Offers 24/7 Hospitalist Onsite Coverage
• Very busy Emergency Department staffed by ED certified physicians
• Acute Care Floor as well as 10-bed Geropsych Unit and 15-bed Physical Rehabilitation Unit

What You Will Need

Licensure/Certification/Registration:Required Credential(s):• Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Medical Examiners obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. KY License also required if working in a Kentucky facility.

Education:• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
