Physician - Infectious Disease specializes in the prevention and treatment of communicable diseases. Ensures proper disease prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and recovery. Being a Physician - Infectious Disease consults with patients to determine the appropriate course of treatment. Recommends and orders tests to determine extent of illness or help diagnose condition. Additionally, Physician - Infectious Disease requires a MD degree from an accredited school. Requires a valid state license to practice. May report to a medical director.     Our RN are part of our healthcare team who treats patients with a variety of illnesses. You can expect to collaborate on comprehensive screenings, risk assessments, and preventative health education for patients.

    Expectations:

    • Record patient’s medical history, vital statistics, or information such as test results in medical records
    • Prepare treatment rooms for patient examinations
    • Obtain medical information and take vitals
    • Escort patients to exam rooms and prepare them for the physician/nurse
    • Prepare and administer medications as directed by a physician

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Graduate of RN program
    • Basic Life Support (BLS)
    • High school diploma or equivalent

    $26.38 - $38.26 /hour
