Reporting to the Director of Pharmacy Services, the Infectious Disease Pharmacist will work to manage and treat infectious diseases within the hospital's patient population. The Infectious Disease Pharmacist serves as a vital member of a cohesive medical team, provides specialized care to enhance patient outcomes, ensures compliance with all antimicrobial stewardship standards, offers education to organization staff, and serves as a preceptor to pharmacy residents and students.

What Makes You Awesome:

• Completion of PharmD and Residency PGY-1 with PGY-2 training
• New York State Pharmacist license of ability to obtain
• Prior working experience in an Infectious Disease setting
