    How You Contribute and Succeed

    In joining our team, you will be experienced with interventional pain and medication management and will be able to provide patient centered care with high patient satisfaction! Our providers are a part of a tight knit care team of Physicians, Physical Therapist and other Advanced Practice Providers to ensure the patient has the best possible experience and outcomes.

    • The physicians will provide comprehensive multi-disciplinary pain management care and may supervise ARNPs/Physician Assistant
    • Create a safe, balanced, and patient focused approach to pain management and treatment plan
    • Assesses the physical and mental condition of patients by performing and obtaining comprehensive or problem-focused physical examinations and medical histories.
    • Provides relief from chronic pain using medications, nerve blocks, electrical stimulation, or other therapies directed towards treating chronic pain
    • Procedures primarily performed in nearby Outpatient Single Specialty Surgery Center with staff familiar with chronic pain procedures
    • Orders, collects, interprets, and evaluates laboratory and other diagnostic tests to assess patient problems and health care needs.
    • Maintains (accurately, timely and complete) appropriate Electronic Health records detailing the patient’s treatment plans and outcomes. Initiates timely consultation and referral when the problem exceeds scope of practice and/or expertise.
    • Counsel patients and families regarding medical processes, management of the health illness/condition, medication, nutrition, and health promotion. Counsel patients about drug regimens and possible side effects or interactions with other substances such as food supplements, over the counter medications and herbal remedies.
    • Review patient documents to measure the effectiveness and quality of patient care.

    Our practice focuses on taking care of the patient with a comprehensive plan, delivering high customer service, keeping patients safe and well-informed and reducing patients' pain as much as possible.

    Qualifications


    Ideal Qualifications:

    • Must have M.D./D.O. or foreign degree equivalent, BE/BC in Anesthesiology or Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, and have already completed a Pain Management Fellowship or in process of completing ACGME accredited fellowship
    • Current active and unrestricted (without sanctions) State Medical License
    • Must have a or being willing to obtain a state DEA License to prescribe Controlled medications
    • Basic Life Support/Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification
    • Desire to work as part of a team environment
    • Fits in with the culture and vision of the organization
