The Tomah clinic staff receive support from Mayo Clinic Health System Franciscan Healthcares main clinic/250-bed hospital in La Crosse, WI, which is located 45 miles from Tomah.

    Hospital is a 25-bed critical access community hospital and includes in-house MRI and updated CT. The hospital contracts for Emergency Room coverage. The on-call Tomah clinic hospitalist physician is called for admissions. Outreach services provided at Tomah by Mayo Clinic Health System / Franciscan Healthcare specialists include allergy, audiology, ENT, cardiology, oncology, endocrinology, ophthalmology, orthopedics, and urology
