We are looking for an Experienced Medical Billing Follow-up candidate to join our on-site Billing Team.
· EPIC experience is a plus but would be happy to train the right person.
· Claims Denial.
· Claims Resolution.
· Claim Appeals.
· Enter account comments, initial, subsequent and follow-up tracking notes.
· Online Payment Portal knowledge.
· ICD-10 and CPT Knowledge.
· Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
· Ability to operate computer and software systems.
· Ability to read and interpret documents related to insurance correspondence and Explanation of benefits (EOB) documents.
· Detail oriented and the ability to prioritize.
· Ability to follow insurance timely filing guidelines.
