Physician - Nephrology examines and diagnoses disorders and diseases of the kidneys. Consults with patients to determine the appropriate course of treatment. Being a Physician - Nephrology recommends and orders tests to determine extent of illness or help diagnose condition. Requires a MD degree from an accredited school. Additionally, Physician - Nephrology requires a valid state license to practice. May report to a medical director. Physician - Nephrology's years of experience requirement may be unspecified. Both locations are a short drive to Connecticut, and close to the beautiful South County Beaches, the University of Rhode Island, the hiking trails of Arcadia and Connecticut’s Pachaug State Forests, 57 miles of rivers of the Wood-Pawcatuck Watershed accessible by canoe or kayak. Amtrak to New York City and commuter rail to Boston is also close by for day trips to the city.
