Physician - Occupational Medicine oversees the patient's diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of occupational illnesses and/or injury. Prepares patients for return to work after illness or injury or may act as a consultant to identify workplace health hazards. Being a Physician - Occupational Medicine examines patients to determine the appropriate course of treatment. Recommends tests to determine extent of illness or help diagnose condition. Additionally, Physician - Occupational Medicine requires a MD degree from an accredited school. Requires a valid state license to practice. May report to a medical director. Physician - Occupational Medicine's years of experience requirement may be unspecified. Certification and/or licensing in the position's specialty is the main requirement.     Group is looking to fill a full-time, employed position, Monday-Friday. Call is shared with several other providers and is second layer phone call after hours only. Strong team support and multidisciplinary care team approach. Services at the health center also include dental, behavioral health, and women's services. This physician will not be performing deliveries and is otherwise a full-scope outpatient provider.
