We are seeking receptionist and medical assistant staff to join our healthcare team.

Requirements and Qualifications:

· Must be fluent in English and Mandarin. Ability to speak Cantonese, Fuzhounese, or Spanish are advantageous

· Ability to work some weekends is ideal

· High school diploma or equivalent or higher required

· Detail oriented and multi-tasking skills

· Strong interpersonal communication skills

Job Responsibilities:

· Greet visitors in a warm and compassionate manner

· Check insurance eligibility and prior authorizations

· Obtain measurements and medical history for patients

· Document in medical record system
