Nevada Retina Associates is seeking an enthusiastic and energetic Front Desk Receptionist for our Reno office. Ophthalmic/Optical or medical/dental office experience is preferred. We are looking for a hard working person who is dependable, punctual, and has excellent customer service and patient communication skills.
Job Duties:
This position is responsible for the day-to-day duties of the front desk which includes check in/check out of patients and scheduling follow up appointments. Answering phones , routing calls, and fielding triage calls for new and existing patients. Collecting patient copays and balances. Inputting accurate data for scheduling, insurance, and demographics into our Practice Management system. This position makes a pleasant first and last impression with our patients.
We require the individual to be dependable, responsible, flexible with hours and confident with multi-tasking to help the front office stay on top of patient care.
Job Requirements:
High School Graduation or equivalent a must. Some advanced education/certifications highly preferred.
