Practice Information

• One BC/BE family medicine physician is needed to join a group of 6 other providers
• Serving northern Utah and a small portion of Southern ID for primary care
• InstaCare and Physical Therapy on site
• Staff is experienced and stable
• Employment position with the Intermountain Medical Group

Requirements

• ABFM or elligible for new graduates
• Unrestricted Utah MD or DO license or the ability to obtain an unrestricted license
• U.S. ACGME Residency
• Current BLS
