Diagnostic Pathology Medical Group, Inc (DPMG) in East Sacramento seeks to hire a Client Service Representative for our busy pathology laboratory.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Respond to client inquiries
• Assist clients, patients, pathologists with requests
• Distribute pathology reports to clients
• Send cases out for consultation, reference lab testing, tumor boards
• Accurately maintain and distribute slides
• Fulfill client supply orders

Education and/or Experience:

· Professional demeanor and good communication skills.

· The ability to multitask and prioritize with a high attention to detail is essential. Good computer skills are a must.

Qualifications:

• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
• Excellent telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Must be able to work independently in a fast paced, high volume laboratory
• Must have the ability to multitask

Hours:

• Full Time; Monday - Friday; day shift

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
