Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role requires a blend of administrative and customer service skills to ensure the smooth operation of our office. Responsibilities: - Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner - Answer and direct phone calls with proper phone etiquette - Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and transcribing - Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings - Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer support - Assist with order entry and maintaining office supplies inventory - Utilize Google Suite for various administrative tasks Qualifications: - Proven experience in an office environment performing administrative tasks - Proficiency in computer literacy, including MS Office Suite and Google Suite - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion - Prior experience in customer service is a plus - Familiarity with calendar management software is advantageous This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic office environment where your administrative skills will be valued.
