Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Medical Assistant to join our team. As a Medical Assistant, you will provide essential support to healthcare professionals in a hospital setting. Your primary responsibilities will include patient care, medical administrative support, and assisting with various medical procedures.

Duties:
- Perform basic patient care tasks such as taking vital signs, recording medical history, and preparing patients for examinations
- Assist healthcare professionals with medical procedures, including administering injections and medications
- Provide patient service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and ensuring patient comfort
- Perform medical administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, maintaining patient records, and handling insurance paperwork
- Prepare examination rooms by sterilizing equipment and ensuring necessary supplies are stocked
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure efficient and effective patient care
- Utilize knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology to accurately communicate with patients and healthcare providers
- Assist with X-rays under the supervision of a licensed radiologist

Qualifications:
- Completion of a Medical Assistant program or equivalent training
- Basic life support (BLS) certification
- Previous experience in a hospital or clinical setting is preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to provide compassionate care to patients
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in medical administrative tasks and electronic health record systems
- Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and professionalism
