We are seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Clinician with a pediatric focus to join our team at our Lincoln Medical Dental Clinic located in Yakima, WA!

Who we are looking for:

·         An experienced Advanced Practice Clinician passionate about community health and family medicine, with a focus on pediatric patients.

·         A healthcare professional committed to working with underserved patient populations.

Position Details: 

·         Proudly serving a largely migrant and Latino community

·         Certified bilingual Medical Assistant dedicated to assisting in translation and patient care

·         1.0 FTE (40 hours a week with 34 hours of clinical and 6 hours of admin time)

·         EMR system is EPIC

·         Clinic Hours: Monday-Friday 7:30 am – 7:00 pm, Saturday 9:00 am – 4:00 pm,

Position highlights:

·         Base compensation $114k - $128k.  With productivity and patient satisfaction measures, total potential compensation ranges from $135k - $148k.  

·         $15k hiring bonus

·         $20k relocation allowance

·         Malpractice insurance coverage (no tail coverage policy needed)

·         4-week Medical Spanish Immersion Program in Xayla, Guatemala

Qualifications:

To be considered for this position, you must complete a Master’s or Doctoral Degree -Nurse Practitioner or Master’s Degree - Physician Assistant or Bachelor’s Degree in Health Science and a two-year Physician Assistant training program.
