Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Medical Scribe to join our healthcare team. The Medical Scribe will work closely with healthcare providers to accurately document patient encounters in real-time.

Duties:
- Accurately transcribe patient history, physical examinations, consultations, and other medical reports
- Enter information into electronic health records (EHR) systems efficiently
- Assist healthcare providers with documentation during patient exams
- Maintain confidentiality of all patient information
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of medical procedures and treatments
- Collaborate with physicians to update and maintain patient records

Experience:
- Previous experience in a medical office setting is preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology
- Ability to transcribe and type accurately and efficiently
- Familiarity with EHR systems and medical documentation processes
- Experience working in an Emergency Room (ER) is a plus

Skills:
- Strong understanding of medical terminology and documentation
- Proficiency in transcribing and typing accurately
- Knowledge of anatomy and physiology
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare providers to ensure accurate documentation
