Looking for a pleasant, professional front desk receptionist with superior customer service skills for a busy podiatrist office. Bilingual a plus

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Welcoming patients and visitors with friendly, professional greeting.
• Assist in comforting patients and maintaining reception area.
• Answer phone inquiries: schedule appointments: resolve issues: appointment reminder calls.
• Monitor daily appointments for appropriate scheduling with physician according to the suggested scheduling rubrics
• Inquire with lapsed payments with both insurance co and patients
• Monitor medical supplies
• Collect and log copays on a daily basis
• Assist patients with the completion of all necessary forms
• Build and maintain patient records through the use of the practice EMR system
• Process insurance authorizations for procedures or DME
• Sort and Process incoming mail
• Assist office manager to maintain daily operations of the office.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 29 per week
