Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. To be a Physician Practice Operations Director typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience.     We are seeking a Practice Operations Supervisor to collaborate across operational departments to ensure the best quality of care for all patients. The Practice Operations Supervisor supervises administrative and clinical services for multiple physician office sites. The Practice Operations Supervisor will be instrumental in ensuring our offices are compliant with health and safety regulations and will regularly update work procedures and standards to improve efficiency and effectiveness in our medical offices. This position is best suited for an individual with experience in managing multiple site practices and a track record of creating successful workflows for the best patient experience possible.


    Monday – Friday: 9:00am – 5:00pm

    Position Responsibilities:
    • Schedule and attend regular meetings with practices to meet operational requirements.
    • Monitor policies and procedures in practices. Best practices and safety management.
    • Ensure compliance with current healthcare regulations, medical laws, and ethics.
    • Understand and analyze practice management and clinical workflows.
    • Affect positive change management.
    • Support and cultivate healthy work environments.
    • Support new practice go-lives.
    • Provide educational material to practices when applicable.
    • Master practice management, EMR, and supporting technologies.

    Preferred Qualifications:
    Education:
    • Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
    Experience:
    • Minimum of 5 years of medical practice experience or equivalent combination of education and/or experience. Pediatrics a plus.
    • Knowledge of accounting, data, clinic workflows and principles.
    • Knowledge of human resource management principles and practices.
    • Knowledge of RCM process.
    • Knowledge of medical issues and terminology.
    • Knowledge of applicable regulations and state and federal laws.
    • Computer skills including knowledge of relevant software.
    • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects independently while also working effectively on a team.
    • Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
    • Knowledge of environmental safety a plus, including fire safety, medical asset management and environment of care.

    Physical Requirements:

    • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
    • Potential for daily travel with varied schedule
    • Ability to travel to Physician Practice Sites; must possess proof of measles immunization and COVID-19 Vaccination.

    Compensation & Benefits offered
    :
    (You must work a minimum of 30 hours a week to be eligible for benefits)

    Pay Rate: $70,000 – $80,000 ; Negotiable, Dependent Upon Experience
