Family Practice Physician- Medical Director Big Sur, CA

We are looking for a compassionate Family Practice or Internal Medicine (with pediatrics) physician to join our medical practice in Big Sur, CA. We are a small, non-profit community health center in a beautiful, rural setting on the Big Sur coast with a culturally and socioeconomically diverse patient population. This position is a medical director position, as well as practicing physician, seeing patients in the office. We are looking for someone to join us either full- time or part time, and we are flexible on the days. We offer full benefits to anyone who works at least 20 hours/week!
Our ideal candidate would appreciate working in a very small, rural clinic, where our patients and staff are known and treated like family. We are seeking a physician who is positive and enthusiastic, knowledgeable, a good team player with high attention to detail who enjoys collaborating with coworkers for comprehensive patient care. Basic communication skills/bilingual in Spanish is preferred and you must be able to see patients of all ages. In addition to possessing good clinical skills, we are seeking a physician who will be invested in our patient family long term.
